Way to pay:

In Flow de la Calle ® you can pay with PayPal or credit card.

Prices:

The prices of each product are identified in Euros with the value added tax (VAT) included.

Transportation expenses:

Delivery costs are specified in the invoice, in Flow of the Calle ® we work with the best courier companies to offer a good service and apply shipping rate prices at no added cost.

Orders:

The data communicated by the client are recorded on our Flow website of the Calle ® and constitute the proof of the commercial transaction. After the validation of the order by the client Flow de la Calle ® will send an email to notify the purchase. It is possible that if an order is made for more than one product, these will not arrive simultaneously, this is due to logistics issues.

Delivery times:

Due to the situation we are currently experiencing (Covid-19), shipments will be delivered within 15 days to 40 days, always waiting for them to arrive in the shortest possible time.

About our products:

Our products cost less than the market price because they are factory-produced items and are shipped directly from the factory to the customer.

We do not have the originality certificate due to what was previously explained, however the quality of our products is practically original.

RETURNS:

In case of complaint or query regarding the shipment you can contact our customer service center.

Flow de la Calle ® we guarantee our customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and at no cost as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. In case it has been sent, there will be an additional charge of € 5.

The client will have a period of fifteen calendar days from receipt of the order to resolve the contract and return the purchased product. The client will communicate to us within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, an invoice issued to Flow de la Calle ®, with the customer paying the return costs.

The customer may return any item they have purchased from Flow de la Calle ® as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. In these cases, Flow de la Calle ® will return the purchase money through a credit card payment, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client or by credit to his personal account.

If a product other than the one requested by the client were delivered by error of Flow de la Calle ®, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the buyer.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be accepted when a return is approved. The customer has the same time as for a return, that is, fifteen calendar days. The refund will be applied 7 days after accepting the return by credit card or PayPal. The customer will be paid the amount paid by subtracting the shipping costs.

Both to demand a return, a refund or both, the customer must contact through our customer service center.
